LOCATION: AYUNG SARI INDAH in the village of Singaprang located 30 minutes drive north of Ubud, Bali.

DATE: 7th 8th, 9th 10th and 11th September, 2010
5 days 4 nights

COST: $1240 all inclusive food, accommodation & yoga tuition, Balinese cooking class, day spa treatment, Balinese dance performance and airport transfers.

TOPICS COVERED: This yoga retreat will concentrate on the Spiritual side of yoga. There will be daily Asana Practice, Meditation, Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra, Yantra, Chakra and the Patanjali Sutras. No drugs or alcohol. You will embrace your Sacred Self to restore peace and be given tools to create that peace when you return to your busy life. This will be a time for renewal, revitalization and balance. Lyn has designed a high standard Yoga Retreat suitable for all levels of practice, to encourage you on your Yoga path.

TO MAKE A COMMITMENT: A $500 non refundable deposit paid before 7th July 2010, will secure your placement with a final payment on 7th August, 2010.
